Getting Started

Autonomous is an end-to-end AI-based testing platform that makes it extremely easy and fast to test your entire website or web application. The platform is no-code; no coding skills are required. Autonomous will author the tests for you, run them, and maintain them - without a need to write a single line of code.

The most powerful way to use Autonomous is through a Custom Flow Test.
With the interactive browser and natural language step editor, you can build tests that follow real user actions - such as signing in, adding items to a shopping cart, checking out, completing forms, or navigating complex workflows. Autonomous captures screenshots, analyzes UI changes, and flags functional or visual regressions along the way.

You can also run broader visual validation across your site:

• Full Website Test
  Crawls and tests every discoverable URL to confirm pages load and display correctly across browsers, screen sizes, and devices. This helps identify broken links, loading failures, rendering issues, and unexpected page changes since the last run.

• URL List Test
  Targets a specific set of URLs you define. Useful for validating key pages—like home, pricing, checkout, or landing pages—without crawling an entire site.

All test types can be associated with a Plan that defines the run schedule and the set of Browsers & Devices to use.
After a run completes, results appear in the Test Results page, where you can review visual differences and regressions detected by our powerful Visual AI.
